The Navan Fair is pleased to introduce the 2020 Navan Fair “UPSIDE DOWN” Parade Taking Place Saturday August 8th 10a-12p on the Navan Fair grounds…
Wait !!! What’s an Upside Down Parade ???? It’s exactly what you think ! We are looking for parade participants. Community groups, local businesses, family groups, clubs, antique tractors and cars to create a stationary float or display on a route through the fair grounds. We will then invite the public to drive the route through the grounds to see all the wonderful floats and displays from the comfort of your own vehicle. THAT’S RIGHT !! The parade stays still and our guests will do the moving .
